Business Central Specialist

We are looking for a Business Central Specialist to join our team of specialists, solution architects, and developers. In this role, you will work close to the business, communicate with users, understand how the system supports their daily work, and translate business needs into clear application design. Working closely with Finance stakeholders, you will combine strong Business Central knowledge with a solid understanding of financial processes. When improvements are needed, you will help define the solution and work with developers who bring it to life through code.

This is a role for someone who understands Business Central as a system, is confident navigating core business processes, and enjoys working in an international environment where applications are implemented and developed globally.

What is waiting for you?

You will be part of a global Business Central team working on varied and challenging projects in a complex technical environment. Your work will support both day-to-day business operations and larger implementation projects, including system rollouts connected to new offices and new markets.

• Analyze business needs and system challenges together with users and business stakeholders.
• Design business applications and define clear solution requirements for developers.
• Support global Business Central implementations and system rollouts across locations.
• Collaborate with business units around the world, external partners, solution architects, and developers.

What do you need to succeed in this role?

• You bring strong financial process knowledge together with solid technical understanding of Business Central and how it supports core business operations, especially finance and supply chain.
• You have experience with business application design, implementation, and system development or optimization.
• You are familiar with AL programming, extensions, API integrations, and SaaS upgrades.
• You can communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into practical solutions.
• You enjoy working independently while being part of an experienced, collaborative team.
• You are resourceful, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in an international environment.
• You communicate confidently in English.
