As Traild accelerates its expansion across North America, we are looking for an Enterprise Customer Onboarding Manager to own the full implementation journey for our most complex, high-stakes enterprise clients. This is a newly dedicated enterprise-focused role, created because enterprise implementations demand a different level of rigor, stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination than mid-market work. You will sit within the Customer Success team and collaborate daily with Solutions Engineering, Tech and Product to get clients live and, more importantly, to ensure they adopt Traild in a way that delivers lasting value. This is a senior individual contributor role where you will come in as the first EOBM in the region, with real ownership from day one.

• Drive enterprise implementations ($100K+ ACV) from scoping through to go-live and beyond, maintaining momentum across long and complex project timelines with multiple concurrent accounts
• Own the end-to-end client journey from onboarding through to successful adoption, ensuring customers achieve measurable value
• Provide user training, technical support and troubleshooting throughout implementation and beyond
• Partner closely with Solutions Engineering, Tech and Product daily to work through client-specific issues, surface product feedback and keep implementations moving without unnecessary delays
• Build trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders and decision-makers, managing expectations clearly and maintaining CSAT above 90% across your portfolio
• Own your personal KPIs including go-live targets, adoption outcomes and client health metrics, and contribute actively to internal documentation and process improvement
• Drive momentum in complex or ambiguous customer environments, keeping implementations on track without needing to escalate

You are an experienced implementation professional who has worked directly with enterprise clients in a B2B SaaS environment and knows what it takes to get complex projects across the line without losing sight of the longer-term adoption outcome. You bring a confident, consultative approach and thrive in fast-moving environments where you need to problem-solve, prioritise and own your outcomes with limited hand-holding.

Must have

• Strong project management skills — owning scoping, timelines, risk management and driving outcomes independently
• Solid technical aptitude, comfortable working across integrations, workflows, and partnering directly with Engineering and Product teams
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, especially with senior and executive-level stakeholders
• Comfortable operating in a startup or scale-up environment where processes are still being built and the pace of change is high
• Strong collaborator with an attitude embracing growth, hands-on execution, adaptability, and the scale-up spirit

Nice to have

• 5–7 years of direct enterprise-level implementation experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a strong preference for AP, accounting or fintech software
• Familiarity with ERP or payment related platforms, particularly IFS, Acumatica, NetSuite, SAP B1 or SYSPRO

The base salary range for this position is:

Compensation is determined based on experience, education, and geographic location. The final offer may vary within the stated range to reflect the candidate’s qualifications and market conditions in their area.
