Job description

About Idera, Inc.

Idera, Inc. is a growing, highly profitable global B2B software company focused on helping technical users and teams do more with less. For more than 20 years, Idera, Inc. has built and acquired market-leading software businesses that serve millions of users and thousands of customers around the world, including many of the world’s leading healthcare, financial services, retail, and technology companies.

Idera, Inc. is comprised of two major software businesses: IderaCo and Sembi.

IderaCo brings together an extensive portfolio of software products focused on data, development, and productivity, helping developers, database professionals, data teams, and other technical users build applications, manage complex data environments, and work more efficiently.

Sembi brings together an extensive portfolio of software quality and security products that help development, QA, and security teams build secure, high-quality software faster.

AI is increasingly embedded across the extensive product portfolios of both IderaCo and Sembi. The companies are using generative AI, agentic AI, machine learning, and automation to create smarter products, accelerate software development and testing, and help customers work more efficiently. Sembi IQ, Sembi’s centralized AI platform, is one example of this investment. Internally, Idera, Inc. is also embracing AI and automation to improve decision-making, increase productivity, and transform how work gets done.

Idera, Inc. combines the scale, growth, and financial strength of a highly profitable global software company with the pace and entrepreneurial culture of a technology business. We have a long track record of both organic growth and growth through acquisitions, and M&A continues to be an important part of our strategy.
