About the role:

You'll own full-cycle HR support for our international, multi-country workforce and lead the automation projects that let us scale how we manage it.

What you'll do:

• Run full-cycle HR support for employees across multiple countries, coordinating directly with EOR and PEO providers in each jurisdiction.

• Act as the go-to person for employees and managers on HR policies, benefits, and general people questions across markets.

• Lead HR automation and process-improvement projects end to end — from scoping to rollout and adoption.

What you'll own:

• Own full-cycle HR support for employees across multiple countries, from pre-boarding and onboarding through day-to-day employee relations, contract changes, and offboarding.

• Manage and coordinate with EOR (Employer of Record) and PEO providers across jurisdictions.

• Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, benefits, and general people questions in each market.

• Lead or actively contribute to People automation and process-improvement projects (e.g., HRIS implementation/optimization, workflow automation, self-service tools, document generation), from scoping through rollout and adoption.

• Maintain accurate, audit-ready employee records and HR data across systems and countries.

• Continuously identify opportunities to standardize and automate recurring HR tasks and reduce manual work.

What makes you a strong fit:

• 3+ years of experience as a People Operations specialist, with demonstrated ownership of the full employee lifecycle.

• Proven experience supporting employees across multiple countries and jurisdictions in a distributed or international company.

• Hands-on experience working directly with EOR providers (e.g., Deel, Remote, Papaya Global, Oyster, Multiplier, or similar) — managing contracts, onboarding/offboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance issues.

• Track record of leading or actively participating in HR process automation and digitalization projects (HRIS rollout, workflow tools, self-service portals, or similar).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficiency with HRIS/HR tech tools (e.g., BambooHR, HiBob, Deel, Workday, or similar) and comfort with spreadsheets and automation tools.
