Job description

Job Summary: We are seeking a high-performing Account Executive – Private Equity to drive revenue growth by originating, structuring, and managing complex insurance and risk transfer solutions for private equity firms and their portfolio companies. This role blends client advisory, broking execution, and relationship management, with a strong emphasis on transaction-driven risk solutions.

The ideal candidate brings deep broking expertise, a strong network within private equity, and the ability to navigate fast-paced, deal-oriented environments.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Develop and manage relationships with clients acting as the key point of contact during a renewal cycle.
    • Conduct and support Stewardship meetings, all client meetings, renewals, and strategic insurance reviews.
    • Coordinate with all lines of coverage (outside of P&C) to deliver best in class service.
    • Act as centralized point of contact ensuring seamless execution of insurance programs and all deliverables.
    • Collaborate with Account Managers to support daily service activities.
  • Transactional Broking & Deal Execution
    • Coordinate and lead placement of transaction-related insurance products, including Property & Casualty.
    • Gather and coordinate underwriting submissions, negotiate terms, and drive competitive placement strategies.
    • Partner with M&A advisors, and underwriters to meet deal timelines.
    • Deliver clear, commercial coverage analysis and recommendations to clients.
  • M&A Solutions Sales Support
    • Sponsor research and pitch creation to support new sponsor pitches, working with our CAC PE Producers to win business.
    • Maintain CAC Specialty database of existing sponsor and portco clients.
    • Assist in new business presentations where appropriate.
    • Assist with the creation of the appropriate approach and sales strategy to targeted sponsors.
    • Work with Producers/Advisors and others to research and prepare ideas for our sponsor relationships.
  • Data Champion
    • Support the Epic and Resource Pro efforts, with the goal of creating accurate client and prospect data and a streamlined process.
    • Work with Analytical teams to support their efforts to create relevant and accurate client and prospect reports.
  • Market Engagement
    • Maintain strong relationships with domestic and international insurance markets.
    • Stay informed of evolving underwriting appetite, capacity trends, and pricing developments.
    • Represent the firm at industry events and private equity forums.

Qualifications:
