D365 F&O Functional Consultant (8-12 years’ experience) –
Junior Functional Consultants support the delivery of functional workstreams by assisting in system configuration, testing, documentation, and user enablement activities. Working under the guidance of Functional Consultants and Senior Functional Consultants, they develop foundational product and business process knowledge while contributing to project execution and day-to-day support activities.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and update test scripts and test scenarios.
• Execute manual test cases and document testing outcomes.
• Support system configuration activities in accordance with defined requirements.
• Develop and maintain configuration and process documentation.
• Create user guides, knowledge articles, and training materials.
• Assist in issue tracking, defect validation, and resolution support activities.
• Contribute to quality assurance and project documentation efforts.

• Finance Module & Integration Experience

• Develop foundational knowledge of modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts PClientble (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Project Management and Expense Management.
• Support Finance module testing, reconciliation validation, and transaction verification activities.
• Assist in documenting Finance business processes, configurations, and reporting requirements.
• Gain basic understanding of integrations between Finance and other ERP modules.
• Participate in integration testing and validation of inbound and outbound interfaces.
• Assist in documenting interface mappings, integration test results, and process flows.
• Support troubleshooting and defect validation related to Finance and integration processes.
• Exposure to country-specific localization requirements and statutory compliance processes would be an added advantage.
• Basic awareness of Consultant Software Vendor (ISV) solutions and their integration with ERP applications.

• Support Responsibilities

• Log, categorize, and track support tickets and user-reported issues.
• Perform initial issue analysis and troubleshoot standard functional issues.
• Support incident and service request management activities.
• Assist in validating fixes and conducting regression testing.
• Escalate complex issues to Functional Consultants or support leads as required.
• Maintain support knowledge repositories and operational documentation.

• Support end users during hypercare and post-go-live periods.
