CDS Surveyor Level 2

We are seeking a proactive, reliable, and flexible CDS Surveyor o join our [Department/Team Name]. The tasks you will undertake will include (but are not limited to):

CDS Inspection Surveys:

• Conduct CDS inspection surveys in line with client specifications, ensuring all procedures and guidelines are followed accurately.
• Participate in comprehensive training before carrying out unsupervised surveys.
• Always apply health and safety measures, ensuring method statements, work instructions, and risk assessments are understood and adhered to.
• Promote a culture of working safely or not at all.

Project Delivery:

• Collaborate closely with the management team to understand and meet project deliverables and quality requirements.
• Participate in pre-project programme reviews with the management team to agree on workload outputs and quality levels.
• Ensure that all CDS surveys are delivered in accordance with client deadlines and quality expectations.
• Participate in regular audits (1% of CDS surveys) to ensure compliance with internal quality standards.

Team Collaboration and Communication:

• Maintain open and honest communication within the team, embracing the ‘Happy People’ culture and the TEAM ethos.
• Engage in structured site interactions and actioned feedback, ensuring smooth and effective collaboration across the team.
• Support colleagues and maintain a positive, cooperative working environment.

Qualifications

To be a successful [Job title], you should be able to demonstrate:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Good level of written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong map orientation skills.
• Ability to operate Apple products (particularly iPads).
