This role is employed through RemoFirst, Porch Group's Employer of Record partner in Colombia. Your employment will be legally administered through RemoFirst, while your day-to-day work is led by Porch Group.

The Fulfillment Consultant manages the full lifecycle of corporate relocation and commercial move requests, from lead intake through booking. This includes confirming service details, checking crew availability, generating accurate quotes, and coordinating with crews and points of contact to ensure smooth, on-time execution. The role also stays current on Full-Service department policies and may support sales consultant duties as needed. 

What You Will Do As A Fulfillment Consultant 

• Monitor incoming leads via email, hahdmin, and Ivinex; maintain clear communication with points of contact using accurate, up-to-date templates. 
• Track upcoming, ongoing, and past services via Slack and a follow-up/confirmation calendar. 
• Generate orders in Hahdmin/Simplify and book qualified crews that meet service and cost requirements. 
• Prepare and send accurate quotes and estimates. 
• Conduct crew confirmation calls (day-before and day-of check-ins), and flag jobs at risk of running long. 
• Attach required crew documentation (e.g., bill of lading) to orders, and process invoices as needed. 
• Respond to all inquiries within a 2-hour window. 
• Support other roles/departments duties as needed. 
• Build a strong understanding of our Moving Service Provider (MSP) network. 
• Focus on converting leads into booked orders while minimizing discounts and claims tied to MSP issues. 
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, helping customers choose the right moving solution. 
• Support MSP recruitment and development. 
• Represent the organization's vision and values, and take on other duties as assigned 

What You Will Bring As A Fulfillment Consultant

• 2+ years of US Customer Service experience is required. 
• Experience in the Moving or Relocation Industry is preferred. 
• Experience in Escalated or High-level customer support is preferred. 
• Strong communication and rapport-building in English language skills. 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and goal-driven, with solid problem-solving skills. 
• Comfortable with basic math and clear, professional written communication. 
• Able to work full-time scheduled hours, including overtime as needed. 
• Comfortable with extended periods of sitting, typing, and phone-based communication. 
• Working headset and camera for calls and virtual meetings. 
• Professional appearance appropriate for a remote office role. 
• Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload 

What You Will Get Supporting Porch Group 

Monthly Salary: COP 3,200,000.00 to COP 3,400,000.00
