SAP LeanIX Administrator / Developer

Position Summary:
Experienced SAP LeanIX Administrator / Developer to support, administer, and enhance the SAP LeanIX Enterprise Architecture platform. The role will be responsible for workspace administration, user and role management, security configuration, mass data imports/exports, integrations, automation, reporting, and platform development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP LeanIX Administration
• Administer and maintain SAP LeanIX workspaces, ensuring platform availability, security, and compliance.
• Configure and manage user access, roles, permissions, and governance controls.
• Create and maintain custom roles and authorization models to support business requirements.
• Manage workspace settings, metadata, fact sheet configurations, and lifecycle management.
• Support SSO, SCIM provisioning, and user onboarding/offboarding processes. SAP LeanIX supports Viewer, Member, and Admin roles, with administrators responsible for managing permissions, workspace configurations, and integrations.
• Mass Import / Export Management
• Perform large-scale data imports, exports, updates, and migration activities.
• Create and maintain import templates for Applications, Business Capabilities, Interfaces, Data Objects, and Technology Components.
• Manage data quality validations and reconciliation activities.
• Support bulk data maintenance using Excel imports, APIs, and automated processes.
• Configure export permissions and data-sharing capabilities for users and business groups. LeanIX provides configurable import/export permissions and API-based export capabilities for enterprise data management. [community.leanix.net], [app.leanix.net]

• SAP LeanIX administration or development experience.
• Experience with Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) platforms.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Role configuration
• User administration
• Mass import/export activities
• Data governance
• API integrations
• Experience with Agile methodologies and enterprise application landscapes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Data governance and architecture repository management expertise.
• Ability to manage enterprise-scale architecture platforms.
