Job description

This is a seasonal full time non-exempt position that will start in October and run through approximately March. The core hours will be Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm CST. 

Position Purpose:

The purpose of this position is, but is not limited to, performing processing activities in the EDI Business Administration area. Processing activities may include file uploading, file error resolution, and data entry. 

Positional Responsibilities:   

  • Processing of current and new business according to procedure including, but not limited to:   
    • File Uploading
    • File error resolution
    • Data entry
    • Auditing  
    • Report Writing 
  • Ensure commitments to customers are met  
  • General understanding and knowledge of TASC’s products, services, and processes   
    • Includes TASC operating systems associated with this position 
    • Resources for others in departments  
  • Provide input and feedback to process and product management and improvement opportunities to ensure commitments to customers are met including initiation of improvement opportunities 
  • Participate in problem resolution and continuous improvement efforts   
    • Includes effective documentation and communication to appropriate parties ensuring customer satisfaction  
    • Demonstrate effective communication skills 
    • Minimal financial impact through processing activities   
  • Operate within TASC’s guidelines pursuant to the Employee Handbook and all Policies and Procedures  
  • Perform additional duties as requested by Supervisor and/or Management
