Overview:

The Program Administrator in Product & Technology – Strategic Operations/PMO executes the day-to-day administrative tasks that support Eagleview's enterprise transformation program. Working within established procedures and priorities set by program leadership, this role coordinates schedules and meeting logistics, maintains program documentation and tracking tools, prepares routine status information, and supports procurement and financial administration.

This is a full-time, remote role with a pay range of $35.14 to $48.37/hour.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate program calendars, schedules, meetings, and routine activities across participating teams.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting materials; document decisions, action items, owners, and due dates; and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Maintain program documentation, project files, approved templates, and tracking systems to ensure information is accurate, current, and accessible.
  • Collect and organize updates from stakeholders and prepare routine status reports, milestone trackers, and action logs.
  • Coordinate resource requests, team onboarding and offboarding, access requests, participant rosters, and related administrative requirements.
  • Support vendor and financial administration, including vendor onboarding, purchase-order tracking, invoice processing, budget records, approval routing, and procurement documentation.
  • Maintain records-retention, closeout, and supporting documentation needed for project monitoring and audit readiness.
  • Communicate routine updates, respond to administrative questions, resolve straightforward coordination issues, and escalate decisions, risks, or unresolved matters to program leadership.
  • Manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, timely communication, and compliance with established procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of related project administration, project coordination, program support, or administrative operations experience.
  • Experience coordinating schedules and meetings and maintaining project documentation, status reports, action logs, and work-management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently within established procedures, manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders and to present routine program information clearly and professionally.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration, documentation, work-management, or reporting tools used to support program execution.

Preferred

  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or SharePoint.
  • Experience supporting vendor onboarding, purchase orders, invoice processing, procurement workflows, or budget tracking.
  • Experience supporting a large cross-functional transformation, ERP, enterprise-systems, or business-modernization program.
