About the Boyne Forever Foundation 

The Boyne Forever Foundation (BFF) is an independent public charity/nonprofit established in partnership with Boyne Resorts, dedicated to supporting the places, people, and communities that make mountain life possible. Through three core pillars—Environment, Community, and Team Members—BFF funds initiatives that protect mountain landscapes, strengthen resort communities, and provide meaningful support for Boyne team members across our resorts. 

Position Overview 

The Boyne Forever Foundation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support the Foundation Leadership and help manage key administrative and operational functions of the foundation. This role blends traditional administrative responsibilities with operational support for BFF’s charitable programs and internal workflows. 

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities 

Foundation Operations 

  • Manage workflows within the GivingData portal for BFF charitable requests 
  • Assign incoming in-kind donation requests to the appropriate resort reviewer
  • Manage Annual Community Grants and Team Educational Scholarship Grant Cycles 
  • Track review status and ensure requests are processed in a timely manner 
  • Maintain organized records of donations and requests across multiple Boyne Resorts properties 
  • Assist with preparation of documents, presentations, and correspondence 
  • Ability to support with communication and education with employees and external stakeholders including newsletters, social media, and marketing material 
  • Enter incoming donation records into SalesForce 
  • Provide administrative support for foundation events, campaigns, and initiatives 
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support foundation operations 
  • Travel to resorts as needed (<10% of time) 

Financial Tracking Support 

  • Assist with basic tracking of incoming funds across multiple revenue streams and resorts 
  • Maintain organized spreadsheets to track donations, activations, and fundraising initiatives 
  • Support documentation needed for reporting and reconciliation 
Qualifications:

Education 

  • Post-secondary education required (Associate’s degree, certification, or similar) preferred 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred 

Experience 

  • 1–2 years of experience as an Program Coordinator OR 
  • 1–2 years of experience in the ski industry or resort operations
  • 1-2 years of experience of non-profit industry experience or grants management preferred  

Location 

  • Remote work 
  • Preference to candidate located within a state of resort operations  

Skills 

  • Ability to manage software programs- Salesforce, GivingData, Fundraising Platforms and Microsoft   
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills 
  • Strong written communication and professional email etiquette 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently 
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, digital platforms, and scheduling tools 
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
