We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Commercial Digital Platforms team, supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of a portfolio of business-critical digital products and services.
As a Business Analyst here at Kerry, you will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, UX specialists and software engineers to understand business challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate requirements into actionable outcomes for delivery teams. This role support’s the full product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through to testing, deployment and business adoption.
As Kerry continues to expand its use of Artificial Intelligence, the successful candidate will help identify opportunities to streamline business processes through AI-powered capabilities including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agents and workflow automation solutions. The role will also partner with software engineering teams that leverage agentic development tools and AI-assisted coding practices to accelerate delivery and improve product quality.
Here at Kerry, we operate a hybrid working model of 3 days in the Naas office and 2 days working remotely.
