We are sharing a specialised consulting opportunity for experienced Corporate Attorneys with strong expertise in M&A, private equity, capital markets, commercial litigation, transactional drafting, and complex legal analysis to contribute to an advanced AI training and legal-evaluation project.
Selected attorneys will analyse sophisticated legal scenarios, review and annotate transactional and litigation materials, evaluate AI-generated legal content, and translate nuanced legal reasoning into structured inputs suitable for model development. No prior experience in AI is required.

Corporate & Transactional Analysis

Ideal Profile
-
JD from an accredited institution
-
Active bar membership in the U.S. or international equivalent
-
Minimum 3 years of practising experience in M&A, corporate law, commercial litigation, capital markets, private equity, or related areas

Experience drafting or reviewing transactional documents or litigation materials
-
Strong legal analysis and synthesis skills

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to communicate legal reasoning clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

Background in computer science, technical fields, or AI/data-annotation projects is strongly preferred

Collaborative and solution-oriented working style

No prior AI-training experience is required

Compensation: $140–$350/hour

Work will involve corporate law, M&A, private equity, capital markets, commercial litigation, document annotation, and AI-generated legal-content evaluation
