Operations Manager - eCommerce & DTC

What happens when a DTC business grows faster than its systems?

More things that used to live in someone's head.

And eventually, someone needs to bring it all together.

That’s where this Operations Manager — eCom & DTC role comes in.

You’ll join a fast-growing DTC health & wellness eCom company and take ownership of day-to-day operations while building the systems needed to support the business as it grows.

That means:

• Creating and implementing SOPs and workflows

• Building processes and documentation in Notion

• Coordinating supply chain, logistics, 3PL, fulfillment and Customer Service

• Identifying operational bottlenecks

• Managing cross-functional projects and priorities

• Supporting recruiting, interviewing and onboarding

• Making sure employees have the systems and access they need

• Providing operational reporting to executives

• Building accountability across departments

The ideal person has strong eCom management experience, proven SOP/process-building experience and solid supply chain exposure.

A background working across several functions inside a scaled DTC brand is a strong plus.
