You will be conceptually driven, focused on forging meaningful connections with consumers and businesses across digital products.


Responsibilities
  • Assure quality creative across multiple channels while meeting accessibility, SEO, brand standards & development requirements
  • Mastery of client presentations & non-creative communication

  • Commanding presence that inspires trust, collaboration & inspiration

  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of aspects of marketing, including customer journeys and messaging hierarchies across channels (email, DM, in-app, landing pages/microsites, social, digital display and physical)

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative that exceeds client and user expectations

  • Cultivate strong relationships with senior clients to help drive organic growth and foster long-term partnerships

  • User centric approach to creative & design, ensuring user research is executed delivering actionable insights

  • Well versed in UI, UX, & content creation for digital experiences

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in designing, planning, & facilitating experience workshops

  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all creative, including print, social, video, digital, & out-of-home

  • Oversee the development of compelling and impactful campaigns that resonate with the target audience

  • Work closely with copywriters, art directors, and designers to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence 

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and deliver effective creative

  • Ability to engage audiences using sketches, blueprints, and prototypes to gather feedback

  • Sound knowledge of the digital landscape & understanding of technical requirements

  • Sound knowledge of brand development and design

  • Ability to multitask several projects and appropriately meet deadlines

  • Professional and personal integrity


  • Requirements
  • 5+ years experience, in digital product design or human-centered design
  • 5+ years of agency experience

  • Has developed responsive digital experiences, designs, style guides, and platforms

  • Has developed brands and integrated creative campaigns

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma with ability to adapt to new software

  • Portfolio of relevant work experience focused on experience design and strategic thinking

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in teams both internally and externally

  • An eye for detail and the ability to see the big picture

  • Excellent follow-through and ownership, ability to complete jobs on time, on-budget, and within tight deadlines


  • Additional Information This is a contract opportunity with an hourly commitment of 20-40 hours per week for 3-4 months .
