El Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS) de Cardiología es una posición estratégica de campo, clave para acelerar la adopción adecuada del portafolio innovador de BMS y fortalecer el impacto de la compañía en el ecosistema cardiovascular. A través de un diálogo científico profundo, ético y centrado en el paciente, el TAS conecta las necesidades de los Profesionales de la Salud (HCPs) con soluciones terapéuticas innovadoras que contribuyen a mejorar el abordaje de enfermedades graves.

Este rol actúa como el principal punto de contacto para HCPs, líderes de opinión regionales y otros actores relevantes del continuo de atención, construyendo relaciones profesionales sólidas, de confianza y orientadas a generar una Experiencia de Cliente (Cx) diferenciada. Su responsabilidad va más allá de la promoción: implica comprender el territorio, identificar oportunidades, compartir insights relevantes y ejecutar planes de cuenta con disciplina, agilidad científica y mentalidad empresarial.

El TAS colabora de manera activa con equipos multifuncionales —incluyendo Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Digital y SFE— para responder oportunamente a las necesidades del cliente, maximizar el valor del portafolio y asegurar una ejecución alineada a los estándares de BMS. En todo momento, prioriza el uso seguro, apropiado y conforme a etiqueta de los productos, manteniendo un equilibrio entre impacto en pacientes, excelencia científica, resultados de negocio y cumplimiento.

El rol es 100% de campo, con interacción continua con clientes externos y aproximadamente 40% del tiempo destinado a viajes, por lo que requiere alta autonomía, planeación efectiva, capacidad de influencia y pasión por transformar la vida de los pacientes a través de la ciencia.

Responsabilidades Clave

·       Promoción del portafolio de productos dentro del territorio asignado para cumplir o superar objetivos de venta.

·       Organización de programas promocionales como lunch & learn y programas con ponentes.

·       Articulación del valor clínico y científico de los productos para pacientes adecuados.

·       Implementación de planes de territorio y cuentas.

·       Desarrollo de diálogo científico justo, balanceado y conforme a la etiqueta.

·       Colaboración multifuncional para maximizar la Experiencia de Cliente.

·       Cumplimiento de todas las leyes, regulaciones y políticas de BMS.

Experiencia requerida

·       Estudios superiores en áreas administrativas, marketing o ciencias de la salud, con experiencia en ventas dentro de la industria farmacéutica (5 años)

·       Capacidad para comunicar datos científicos y clínicos de manera convincente.

·       Experiencia en ventas de alta especialidad, preferentemente en cardiovascular, onco-hematología o inmunología.

·       Historial comprobado de cumplimiento o superación de objetivos comerciales.

·       Capacidad de trabajo colaborativo y multifuncional.

·       Sólidas habilidades de venta y promoción.
