Scrum Master - 100% Remote

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Scrum Master for a contract position with a Leading Pharmacy Benefit Manager located in Eagan, MN. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This position is 100% remote.

Compensation: $68.00 - $73.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview:
Our client is hiring two Scrum Masters who will operate as true team coaches and servant leaders, not project managers or ceremony facilitators. The Scrum Master will build team cohesion and trust, identify and address anti-patterns, remove impediments, and coach teams toward stronger, sustainable delivery. This role will partner closely with Product Owners and stakeholders, facilitate effective Scrum practices, and help teams become increasingly self-sustaining using JIRA and Miro.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach Scrum teams and partner closely with Product Owners and stakeholders
• Facilitate effective Scrum practices and identify team anti-patterns and improvement opportunities
• Remove impediments and help teams become increasingly self-sustaining
• Develop and document coaching plans, using experiments to improve team performance
• Use JIRA as the source of truth for user stories/work and Miro for collaboration

Primary Requirements:

• 5+ years of Scrum/Agile or related IT, business analysis, or project management experience
• 2+ years coaching leadership, teams, or individuals and providing work direction
• Demonstrated expertise in planning, controlling, and monitoring products using Scrum and SAFe
• Proven experience in Scrum/Agile team coaching and servant leadership
• Ability to identify and address anti-patterns and improve Agile maturity
• Ability to influence without direct people-management authority
• Effective communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and team-development skills
• Ability to work with ambiguity and evolving priorities
• Expert problem-solving and analysis capabilities
• Experience with traditional SDLC across the development lifecycle
• Background with JIRA and proficiency with Miro
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related area, or equivalent experience
• Eligibility to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Desired Skills:

• 5+ years as a Scrum Master supporting multiple embedded technology teams
• Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) and/or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
• Certified Team Coach
• A technical background/mindset and cloud transformation familiarity are beneficial
