• Up to 12 hrs/week - for 2026-2027 School Year
• FULLY REMOTE
   

Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for a rewarding school-based opportunity, FULLY REMOTE in North Carolina! Ampersand Therapy is seeking dedicated SLPs for the 26-27 school year with a wonderful local district. 
 

About the Role

You’ll support students by providing speech and language services that directly impact communication and learning.

What You’ll Do

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
   

What We’re Looking For

• Licensure from NCBOESLPA as an SLP
• Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• School-based experience preferred, not required
