Cranial Technologies, Inc.

Medical Devices & Equipment

Founded in 1986, Cranial Technologies is the only company in the world solely dedicated to treating infants with plagiocephaly. It’s our mission to provide the best possible treatment, experience and outcome for every family who seeks our care. To date, we’ve cared for over 300,000 babies using our proven safe and effective DOC Band® cranial orthotic. In 1998, Dynamic Orthotic Cranioplasty®, known as the DOC Band, became the first cranial helmet cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for plagiocephaly treatment and, a few years later, for plagiocephaly treatment associated with post-surgical correction. Today, the DOC Band is the only device supported by clinical studies and nearly 35 years of documented outcomes. Each of our bands is custom made using state-of-the-art technology and lightweight, hypoallergenic materials that ensure safety and comfort. Our clinics are family friendly, pediatric-focused, providing care exclusively for plagiocephaly patients. They are staffed by highly trained, specialized clinical staff that work closely with families to achieve the best possible outcome for the babies we treat. About the Role

We're looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants to build a career in recruiting and HR. Our ideal candidate is curious, has strong communication skills, and has a genuine interest in connecting great people with meaningful work.

You'll learn the full recruitment lifecycle hands-on, working alongside experienced recruiters who will mentor and support you as you grow. As your skills develop, so will your responsibilities; this role is designed as a launchpad into full-cycle recruiting.

This position is 100% remote. Candidates must live in the United States.

What You'll Do

  • Learn and support the full recruitment process — from resume screening and phone screens to interview scheduling and offer preparation — with guidance from senior team members
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and fit
  • Help source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
  • Assist in building a high-quality, diverse pipeline of prospects for current and future openings
  • Support relationships with colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to grow our early-career talent pipeline
  • Schedule candidate interviews and assist with posting job requisitions
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand what makes candidates successful at Cranial Technologies
  • Maintain accurate, organized candidate records in our applicant tracking system
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information, patient information, and other sensitive data
  • Take on other duties and projects assigned

What We're Looking For

  • 1-2 years recruiting or recruiting coordination experience preferred
  • 2+ years of general work experience
  • Internship, campus involvement, customer service, or other people-facing experience is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Genuine interest in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition as a career path
  • Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow
  • Detail-oriented, organized self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Comfortable with technology — proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel (we'll train you on our recruiting tools)
  • Ability to operate with a sense of urgency without sacrificing accuracy
  • Professionalism in your words, actions, and how you represent our company to candidates
