Location: Remote. Eastern and Central time zones are preferred.

This is a six-month remote contract opportunity within the United States.

This is an hourly contract with an expected pay range of $30 - $40/hour.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced High-Volume Recruiter to support frontline and operational hiring across multiple locations.

This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting role for someone comfortable managing a large requisition workload, partnering with multiple hiring managers, and moving candidates efficiently through the hiring process.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a high volume of open requisitions across multiple locations and hiring managers.

  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and pre-employment follow-up.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, establish priorities, and provide regular recruiting updates.

  • Proactively identify aging or stalled requisitions and develop strategies to increase candidate flow.

  • Source candidates using job boards, outreach, referrals, social media, networking, and other recruiting channels.

  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate and requisition information within the applicant tracking system.

  • Manage candidates through the recruiting process with consistent communication, urgency, and follow-up.

  • Monitor recruiting activity including pipeline, interviews, offers, hires, requisition aging, and time-to-fill.

  • Identify hiring barriers and partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership to resolve them.

  • Ensure recruiting activities and job postings are completed in accordance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local employment requirements, including pay transparency requirements.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

  • High-volume recruiting experience strongly preferred.

  • Experience recruiting within retail, automotive, sales, hospitality, operations, or similar environments preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage a large requisition workload and multiple hiring managers simultaneously.

  • Strong sourcing, candidate outreach, organization, and follow-up skills.

  • Comfortable working toward defined recruiting metrics and service expectations.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to build credibility with hiring managers.

  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology; Workday experience preferred.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining responsive and engaged with the broader recruiting team.
