We are sharing a full-time opportunity for an experienced legal professional with strong project leadership, legal-domain expertise, stakeholder management, data operations, and human-data workflow experience to lead complex initiatives supporting advanced AI organisations and legal-focused data projects.
The role combines legal expertise with end-to-end project execution. The successful candidate will translate ambiguous customer requirements into clear project specifications, design and improve legal-domain data workflows, coordinate Operations and Legal subject-matter experts, manage delivery milestones, and maintain direct communication with senior stakeholders. A JD or equivalent law degree is required.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Project Ownership

Ideal Profile

JD or equivalent law degree required
-
2+ years of professional experience in legal practice, legal research, regulatory/compliance, or a related field

2+ years of experience leading complex projects, operational workflows, or legal-related initiatives

Strong legal-domain knowledge

Demonstrated ability to manage projects from ambiguity through delivery

Strong project-management and execution skills

Experience coordinating cross-functional or expert teams

Compensation: $400,000–$550,000/year
