We are sharing a full-time opportunity for an experienced Strategic Project Lead with strong expertise in software engineering, technical project leadership, data operations, human data pipelines, quality assurance, and scalable execution to lead coding-data programmes supporting advanced AI model training.
The role will own end-to-end delivery of coding and software-engineering data pipelines, working across technical experts, reviewers, engineering stakeholders, and client-facing teams. The successful candidate will combine strong software-engineering fluency with operational leadership, data-driven decision-making, automation, and disciplined execution across complex technical programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Coding Data Pipeline Ownership

Own end-to-end delivery of coding and software-engineering data pipelines

Manage programmes from initial requirements through production execution and delivery

Ideal Profile

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline

Strong understanding of software-engineering and coding fundamentals

2+ years of experience leading technical projects, data operations, or complex technical workflows

Demonstrated leadership and team-management capability

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience using operational and quality metrics to drive improvements

Ability to translate client requirements into clear technical specifications
