We are sharing a full-time opportunity for an experienced enterprise sales and strategic partnerships professional with strong expertise in AI/ML, technical discovery, enterprise procurement, client acquisition, and complex solution selling to develop high-value partnerships with advanced AI organisations and technically sophisticated enterprise teams.

The role sits at the intersection of frontier AI, model evaluation, reinforcement-learning environments, human-data pipelines, and enterprise partnerships. The successful candidate will engage with research, engineering, data, and procurement stakeholders, translate complex technical requirements into well-scoped programmes, negotiate high-value commercial agreements, and drive long-term expansion through deeper integration into AI evaluation and model-improvement workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Client Acquisition

  • Identify and develop high-value enterprise partnership opportunities
  • Source prospective customers across advanced AI, ML, developer-tools, and research-driven organisations
  • Build relationships with technical and commercial decision-makers
  • Develop structured outbound strategies for complex enterprise accounts
  • Progress opportunities from initial engagement through signed agreement

Frontier AI Partnerships

  • Develop partnerships with organisations working on advanced AI and ML systems
  • Engage with customers operating model-evaluation, benchmarking, and model-improvement workflows
  • Understand technical requirements associated with frontier-model development
  • Position human-data and evaluation programmes around customer needs
  • Support long-term strategic relationships with sophisticated AI organisations

Technical Discovery

  • Lead discovery conversations with research leads, ML engineers, data teams, and related stakeholders
  • Understand evaluation workflows, model-improvement loops, and reinforcement-learning requirements
  • Identify system-level constraints affecting programme design
  • Translate technical requirements into clear commercial and operational scopes
  • Surface dependencies, risks, and success criteria early in the sales process

Model Evaluation & RLHF Workflows

  • Engage with customer needs involving model evaluation and human-feedback systems
  • Develop understanding of RLHF and related reinforcement-learning workflows
  • Scope programmes involving expert evaluation, preference data, and human-generated training data
  • Help structure projects around measurable model-improvement objectives
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are realistic and valuable

Human Data Solutions

  • Develop partnerships involving data generation, annotation, evaluation, and related workflows
  • Understand human-data requirements across different model-development use cases
  • Translate customer objectives into scalable data programmes
  • Coordinate with internal teams on feasibility, quality requirements, and delivery structure
  • Support expansion into additional human-data and evaluation use cases

Complex Deal Structuring & Negotiation

  • Structure high-value agreements involving technical and operational complexity
  • Manage commercial negotiations across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Navigate enterprise procurement and approval processes
  • Balance technical requirements with commercial terms and delivery considerations
  • Drive opportunities toward efficient and successful closure

Stakeholder Management

  • Build relationships across research, engineering, procurement, operations, and executive stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively with both highly technical and commercial audiences
  • Maintain alignment across complex buying groups
  • Clarify responsibilities, requirements, and decision processes
  • Maintain clear communication throughout long sales cycles

Cross-Functional Delivery Alignment

  • Partner with product, research, operations, and technical teams during customer engagements
  • Ensure programme design reflects customer expectations
  • Translate commitments made during the sales process into actionable internal requirements
  • Identify delivery risks before programme launch
  • Support smooth handoff from commercial agreement to execution

Account Expansion

  • Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships
  • Develop deeper integration into customer evaluation pipelines
  • Explore additional reinforcement-learning and human-data use cases
  • Build strategic account plans based on customer research and technical priorities
  • Support sustained commercial growth within high-value relationships

Pipeline & Deal Management

  • Maintain clear visibility into sales pipeline quality
  • Assess deal probability, commercial risk, and technical complexity
  • Track account progression and key decision points
  • Communicate pipeline insights to internal stakeholders
  • Apply a structured and hypothesis-driven approach to opportunity management

Market & Customer Intelligence

  • Capture insights from customer discussions
  • Identify recurring technical and commercial needs
  • Surface market trends affecting AI evaluation and human-data programmes
  • Feed customer intelligence into product and go-to-market strategy
  • Help refine positioning based on real market demand

Ideal Profile

  • Strong experience selling AI/ML, developer tools, infrastructure, data, or similarly technical products
  • Demonstrated success closing complex enterprise deals
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales processes
  • Ability to communicate credibly with ML engineers, research teams, and other technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with model evaluation
  • Understanding of RLHF or reinforcement-learning environments
  • Strong enterprise client-acquisition experience
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and strategic account development
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with enterprise procurement processes
  • Experience structuring technically complex partnerships
  • Strong analytical and hypothesis-driven approach to sales
  • High level of ownership and comfort operating independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments
  • Experience with human-data pipelines such as annotation, evaluation, synthetic data, or RLHF is advantageous
  • Exposure to frontier-model development or benchmarking systems is valuable
  • Prior work with AI labs, research organisations, or advanced ML teams is highly relevant

  • Compensation: $220,000–$400,000/year
