The Opportunity
The Sales Development Representative plays a key role in building relationships and creating opportunities for our world-leading education creativity app. This role is responsible for supporting the sales team by generating and qualifying leads, crafting effective outreach campaigns, and helping grow our business with schools and districts around the world. The ideal candidate is a creative, organized, and confident communicator with a passion for education and a drive to create a positive impact.

What You’ll Do

Generate and Qualify Sales Leads

  • Research and identify potential customers and craft beautifully written emails and outreach strategies to engage them. 
  • Qualify incoming inquiries and escalate leads to Account Executives as appropriate to support the sales pipeline

Manage Sales Outreach

  • Confidently make calls and talk to prospects, building relationships and moving opportunities forward.
  •  Close and process smaller opportunities as they arise, taking full ownership from start to finish.

Support the Sales Team

  • Work with customer success and sales teams, particularly in the US market, to assist with opportunities and ensure a smooth handoff.
  • Use a CRM to track all communications, monitor progress, and report on goals.

Collaborate with Internal Teams

  • Report to the Director of Sales and work closely with other team members to align on strategies and share insights.
  • Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by the Director of Sales.
