The customer is a company in the Clinical Trials/CRO/Pharmaceutical Industry.

We are seeking a self-motivated Full Stack Developer with strong collaboration skills and a passion for applying technical expertise to solve complex business challenges and support a modern enterprise technology platform. In this role, you will work within cross-functional product teams to design, develop, and enhance web-based applications that support critical business operations and end users. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrates empathy for user needs, and has a proven track record of developing React and .NET C# solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Design and architect microservices-based applications and modern React front-end solutions.
- Work closely with product management and business stakeholders to understand user needs and rapidly deliver enhancements and new capabilities.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies and approaches that improve software products, including cloud-native architectures, containerization, and modern React and .NET technologies.
- Promote excellence through best practices, continuous improvement, code quality, innovation, and user experience enhancements.
- Collaborate with product teams to contribute to solution design, estimates, feature roadmaps, and strategic technology initiatives.
- Recommend and implement modern technology solutions to address business requirements and challenges.
- Perform code reviews and enforce development standards through peer reviews, automated testing, and quality assurance practices.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in application design, coding, testing, configuration, deployment, and maintenance activities.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 7+ years of professional full-stack software development experience using React and .NET C# (equally skilled in React and .Net, we are looking for a true FS candidate).
- Strong expertise in React and C#/.NET Core development for high-volume, low-latency applications and services.
- Expert knowledge of microservices, micro frontends, Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) patterns, APIs, and event-driven architecture design and implementation.
- Strong front-end development experience with React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Strong understanding of software design principles related to security, scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Experience working in Agile software development environments using Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies.
- Experience collaborating with product management, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and communicate technical designs and solutions.
- Experience building cloud-based solutions, preferably within Microsoft Azure environments.
- Familiarity with AI technologies, tools, and emerging industry trends.
- Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English or above is required. 

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience developing enterprise-scale platforms, business applications, or data-driven solutions.
- Experience working with highly regulated industries or environments where data quality, security, and compliance are important considerations.
