The customer is a company in the CRO, Clinical Trials, and Pharmaceutical space.

Summary of Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong visual design skills with proven experience creating polished, modern enterprise web experiences, including complex data-heavy workflows, dashboards, and scalable interaction patterns.
- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, visually compelling interfaces while maintaining consistency across large-scale enterprise ecosystems.
- Define and maintain enterprise-level design systems, component libraries, interaction patterns, and UX governance standards to ensure consistency and scalability across platforms.
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design practices, ensuring compliance with WCAG guidelines and usability standards.
- Transform complex workflows, domain-specific concepts, and data-intensive processes into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility, responsive behavior, and high-quality implementation fidelity.
- Facilitate workshops, design critiques, stakeholder alignment sessions, and cross-functional discovery activities.
- Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design solutions.

Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in modern UX methodologies, including design thinking, heuristic evaluation, usability testing, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience designing enterprise SaaS products, dashboards, workflow-heavy applications, or data visualization interfaces.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1/2.2), responsive design principles, and mobile-first best practices.
- Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems using Figma or similar tools.
- Ability to present and defend design decisions using user research, analytics, and business objectives (Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English or above is required).

Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a UX/UI or Product Designer role, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Engineers, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders in Agile environments.
- Demonstrated experience working closely with product and engineering teams in Agile settings.
- Experience facilitating user interviews, usability studies, and stakeholder workshops within enterprise environments.
