As a Remote Benefits Representative, youβll work directly with clients while receiving support from trainers, mentors, and agency leadership.
Your initial focus will be developing proficiency in:

Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
Make applicable outbound calls and client follow-up

Answer questions about available coverage
Provide needs-focused recommendations once appropriately licensed
Assist eligible clients with applications and enrollment

Once appropriately licensed, assist eligible clients with applications, enrollment, and required documentation.

Manage your schedule, client follow-up, appointments, digital records, and daily activity from your home office.
Representatives have access to qualified client opportunities, including individuals and families who have requested or expressed interest in receiving information regarding available benefits.
The position may involve outbound calls, appointment scheduling, and client follow-up; however, representatives are not expected to rely solely on randomly calling consumers who have never expressed interest.
