Job Description:

The World Trade Center Health Program is a limited federal health program administered by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), part of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). The Program provides no-cost medical monitoring and treatment for certified WTC-related health conditions to those directly affected by the 9/11 attacks in New York, the Pentagon, and in Shanksville, Pennsylvania.

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Healthcare Business Intelligence Analyst, the work you’ll do at GDIT will directly support the mission of the World Trade Center Health Program (WTCHP) Third Party Administrator analytics team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring program leadership, business teams, and government stakeholders receive accurate, timely, and actionable reporting used to guide operational and healthcare decisions.

● Support the development, updates, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards covering enrollment, claims, utilization, program performance, healthcare costs, and compliance metrics.
● Collaborate with report developers, analytics leadership, data engineers, database administrators, and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, review results, and resolve data discrepancies.
● Drive reporting accuracy by performing data validation, documenting business rules, maintaining report inventories, and assisting with report migration and user acceptance testing.
● Utilize Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Power Query, Azure SQL, SQL queries, and Azure DevOps to prepare data, update reporting models, organize documentation, test reports, and track work within established development standards.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
● Experience: 2+ years of related experience
● Technical skills: Power BI, Power Query, SQL, relational databases, data validation, reporting documentation, Azure DevOps; familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Azure SQL preferred
● Security clearance level: Ability to meet applicable contract suitability and access requirements
● US citizenship required
● Role requirements: Ability to follow strict privacy, access, and data handling requirements; experience validating reports, documenting findings, supporting testing, and performing analytics tasks within a structured development environment

The likely salary range for this position is $64,230 - $74,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
