Freelance PowerPoint Designer and Microsoft Copilot Specialist - Must currently reside in South Africa. October through to mid-November.

This is a remote position.

A large global law firm is looking for an experienced PowerPoint specialist to redesign its presentation templates and selected decks.

Applicants must currently be based in South Africa. Applications from freelancers living outside South Africa cannot be considered.

The project will focus on creating professional, user-friendly templates while exploring how Microsoft Copilot and other AI-supported workflows can improve presentation creation, consistency and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Redesign corporate PowerPoint templates and decks.
  
• Develop flexible slide masters, layouts and design systems.
  
• Optimise templates for Microsoft Copilot integration.
  
• Advise on practical AI-supported PowerPoint workflows.
  
• Maintain brand consistency, usability and professional presentation standards.
  

Requirements

• Must currently reside in South Africa.
  
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and template-design expertise.
  
• Practical experience using Microsoft Copilot in PowerPoint.
  
• Strong corporate presentation and information-design skills.
  
• Experience with professional-services or legal clients is advantageous.
  
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant PowerPoint template and presentation work.
