SAP BASIS Administrator

We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Administrator to manage, optimize, and maintain our SAP landscapes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP system implementations, migrations, upgrades, including SAP HANA and XSA administration, and insurance-specific SAP modules.

• Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, location, effort, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. We are hiring at the following management levels, and any offer will align with the gross base pay range according to the level at which you are assessed: Team Lead: 2500 - 5300 EUR gross; Associate manager: 2900 - 7300 EUR gross

Key responsibilities:

• SAP systems implementation, system copies, system refreshes, optimization and maintenance along with Patching and upgrades.
• SAP administration and monitoring (work processes, logs, users, short dumps, traces, disk space and resource utilization)
• User and role administration
• Performing security activities: requirements identification, analysis, design, system configuration, testing and deployment
• HANA administration and troubleshooting.
• Deep expertise in XSA (Extended Application Services, Advanced Model) administration.
• Familiarity with SAP transport management system (TMS)
• Collaborate with SAP functional and development teams to ensure alignment on system changes and improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience of SAP S4 
• Knowledge of architecture of an SAP System, Application Server (AS) ABAP and Application Server (AS) Java
• Knowledge of SAP security architecture, principles, technologies and solutions
• Experience with SAP ERP, CRM, SRM, SAP Solution Manager, MDG, PO/PI/XI, BO/BI, Fiori and S/4 HANA solutions
• Infrastructure Security (enabling SNC, SSL), implementation of Single Sign-On (SSO)
• Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager
• User and Authorization Audit, Data Archiving
• Knowledge of communication techniques: RFC, OData via SAP Gateway
• Database administration, optimization and migration (HANA, MSSQL, Oracle, DB2, Max DB)
• SAP integration with PO/PI/XI
• SAP IdM Installation and Configuration
• Infrastructure Security
• Software maintenance, monitoring, configuring log/trace files
• Installing support packages and patches
• Cloud infrastructure setup or cloud migration experience will be considered as an advantage
• Given that Accenture’s global working language is English and all work is conducted within an international context, strong English communication skills are essential for this role.
