As Australia’s largest specialist in personal injury claims management, our sole focus is helping people return to work safely and confidently after a workplace incident.

We’re now welcoming applications for Claims Assistant to join our supportive, purpose-driven team in Sydney on a permanent, full-time basis.

Working as part of our Hospitality Industry Insurance (HII) team, you’ll provide essential administrative support to our Case Managers, helping ensure claims are managed efficiently and our injured workers receive the support they need throughout their recovery.

This is a great opportunity for someone with administration or customer service experience who is looking to build their career in insurance, claims management or a corporate environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing administrative support to Case Managers to assist with the day-to-day management of claims.
  • Processing claims documentation, correspondence, mail and filing accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinating medical appointments, investigations, police reports and interpreter services.
  • Responding to basic enquiries from workers, providers and other stakeholders.
  • Processing invoices, payments and reimbursements in line with relevant requirements.
  • Supporting the accurate and timely processing of claims information and documentation.
  • Maintaining organised and up-to-date claims records.
  • Working closely with Case Managers and the wider team to ensure administrative tasks are completed within required timeframes.

What We’re Looking For

It’s ok if you haven’t worked in workers compensation before. What matters most is your willingness to learn, attention to detail and ability to provide great support to others.
