Project Manager - Microsoft Technologies 
Remote | Full-Time  Salary: $110,000-$120,000 annually + bonus 
Position Summary
 We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple enterprise-level Microsoft technology projects through the full project life cycle. 

This role leads IT Professional Services teams delivering Microsoft solutions including M365 migrations, Identity Services/Active Directory, Copilot, Intune, Security, and related technologies. 

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, scheduling, budget and scope management, customer communication, risk management, and successful delivery on time and within budget. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage multiple Microsoft technology projects simultaneously from planning and kickoff through execution, delivery, and closeout. 
  
• Lead internal technical teams, customer stakeholders, and third-party vendors or partners. 
  
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource assignments. 
  
• Manage project scope according to Statements of Work (SOWs) and lead change management when new scope is introduced. 
  
• Monitor project budgets, invoicing, Earned Value, risks, issues, and corrective actions. 
  
• Develop and manage customer and stakeholder communications, status reporting, project meetings, and escalations. 
  
• Use Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies as appropriate.
  
• Ensure project deliverables are validated, completed according to the SOW, and meet customer expectations. 
  

Qualifications 

• 5+ years of enterprise-level project management experience managing multiple projects simultaneously for multiple external customers. 
  
• Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise Microsoft service offerings, including M365 migrations, Identity Services/Active Directory, Copilot, Intune, Security, or related Microsoft technologies. Experience managing project teams ranging from 1 to 20+ resources. 
  
• Strong knowledge of project scope, schedule, budget, risk, issue, communications, and quality management. 
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Project or Smartsheet. 
  
• Experience with Project and/or Professional Services business applications used to plan, manage, and report on project delivery. 
  
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and formal Project Management training; equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered. 
  

Certifications 

• Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred. 
  
• CAPM, Scrum, Microsoft, and/or IT industry technical certifications are beneficial. 
  

Compensation

• $110,000-$120,000 annually, plus bonus
