Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English) Remote – New York or Florida (Preference given to candidates near Plainview, NY or Ocala, FL)

$17–18/hour + Overtime | Fully Remote | 24/7/365 Operation

We're seeking FLUENT Spanish/English Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about helping customers and delivering exceptional service. What You'll Do

• Provide outstanding customer support via phone and chat in Spanish and English.
  
• Greet customers, verify account information, listen carefully, and demonstrate empathy.
  
• Assist customers with account questions, service inquiries, and basic troubleshooting.
  
• Troubleshoot internet, Wi-Fi, and basic device issues.
  
• Document customer interactions accurately using internal systems.
  
• Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team when needed.
  

What You Bring

• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
  
• At least one year of customer service experience (call center experience preferred).
  
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer applications while assisting customers.
  
• Patient, professional, and calm when working with customers.
  
• Must reside in New York or Florida.
  

Remote Work Requirements
Candidates must provide their own:

• Updated Windows PC or Mac computer.
  
• Hardwired internet connection with a minimum download speed of 300 Mbps.
  
• Quiet, professional workspace free from distractions.
  

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $17–18 per hour, depending on experience.
  
• Overtime available.
  
• Paid training.
  
• Current schedule: Thursday through Monday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM ET, with Tuesday and Wednesday off. (Days off are subject to change based on business needs.)
  
• This is a 24/7/365 operation, including weekends and holidays.
  
• Schedules are subject to change based on the client's business needs, so candidates must be flexible and available to work other shifts as needed.
  
• Shift preferences and availability will be discussed during the interview process.
  
• Two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute meal break per shift (per company policy).
