We’re proud to be a two-time “Great Place to Work” winner (USA & Japan, 2024–2025) and a Top-5 Company for Work-From-Anywhere Jobs (FlexJobs, 2025).

We are looking for a Project Manager (IT / Software Delivery) to coordinate and run software projects day to day, working closely with the Lead Project Manager and teams across Product, Engineering, QA and Business.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Coordinating projects through the full delivery lifecycle, from planning and execution to release and closure
  • Keeping project plans, timelines, milestones and delivery trackers accurate and up to date in Jira
  • Coordinating day-to-day work across Product, Engineering, QA, Business and other stakeholders
  • Tracking deliverables and action items, following up with owners, and flagging delays and blockers early
  • Facilitating project meetings: preparing agendas and materials, recording decisions and action items, and following up on them
  • Preparing project status updates, dashboards and management reports
  • Identifying and tracking risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, maintaining the RAID log, and escalating delivery risks
  • Tracking scope changes and documenting their impact on timelines, resources and commitments
  • Maintaining project documentation, decision logs and action trackers
  • Monitoring performance against milestones and key delivery metrics (delivery predictability, time to market)
  • Helping maintain project governance and agreed delivery processes

We expect from you:

  • 2–3 years of experience in IT project management or delivery, on software, mobile or web projects
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Business)
  • Strong working knowledge of Jira and Confluence
  • Solid skills in project planning, scheduling, milestone tracking, and scope and change management
  • Experience with release planning, progress monitoring, issue resolution and escalation
  • Experience managing risks and dependencies, plus delivery reporting and KPI tracking
  • Good understanding of the SDLC, QA, UAT and production deployment processes
  • Basic skills in effort estimation, capacity tracking and delivery forecasting
  • Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong organization, attention to detail and a proactive approach to follow-ups
  • Problem-solving skills, adaptability and comfort with shifting priorities
  • Ability to build good working relationships and align competing stakeholder expectations

What do we offer:

  • REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full-time;
  • The initial pay level or pay range for this role will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process and before the commencement of employment;
  • Vacation 28 calendar days per year;
  • 7 wellness days per year (time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave;

This can be spent on self-purchase of health insurance or on doctor’s fees for yourself and close relatives (spouse, children);
  • Workplace organization. The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks.
