Turn ad spend into profitable growth.

We’re looking for a performance-driven advertising manager to own, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Google and Meta for an e-commerce consumer products business. You’ll live in the numbers—testing creative, finding opportunities, and making every advertising dollar work harder.

Location: LatAm - Fully Remote

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta.

  • Build campaigns focused on revenue, ROAS, customer acquisition, and profitable growth.

  • Manage budgets, bids, audiences, targeting, and campaign structure.

  • Monitor daily performance and quickly identify opportunities or issues.

  • Test creative, copy, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.

  • Manage Google Shopping, Search, Performance Max, remarketing, and relevant campaign types.

  • Manage Meta prospecting, retargeting, and conversion campaigns.

  • Analyze performance and provide clear, actionable reporting.

  • Collaborate with e-commerce and creative teams to improve conversion and campaign performance.

  • Scale winning campaigns while controlling acquisition costs and profitability.

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

  • Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.

  • Strong e-commerce or DTC advertising experience.

  • Solid understanding of ROAS, CAC/CPA, CTR, CVR, CPC, and other performance metrics.

  • Experience with Google Merchant Center and product-feed advertising.

  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data.

  • Experience with GA4, conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution.

  • Comfortable managing meaningful advertising budgets and making data-driven decisions.

  • Strong testing and optimization mindset.

  • Experience advertising consumer products is a plus.
