🚀 Responsable / Arquitecto de Desarrollo Agéntico

Buscamos incorporar un/a Responsable o Arquitecto/a de Desarrollo Agéntico para liderar la creación y evolución de un framework corporativo de desarrollo asistido por IA, impulsando su adopción dentro de los equipos de ingeniería.

🎯 ¿Qué harás?

  • Diseñar y construir frameworks de agentes y subagentes IA, definiendo skills reutilizables y modelos de orquestación.

  • Integrar IA en el ciclo de vida del desarrollo: CI/CD, testing, revisión de código y arquitectura.

  • Evaluar e integrar herramientas como Claude Code, MCP, Cursor, Copilot, LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenAI Agents SDK, etc.

  • Definir estándares, guardas de seguridad y buenas prácticas para el desarrollo agéntico.

  • Liderar y mentorizar el equipo, gestionando roadmap, backlog y proveedores.

  • Impulsar la adopción mediante formación, documentación y soporte a los equipos.

  • Medir el impacto en productividad, calidad y time-to-market.

🔎 Buscamos

  • Experiencia real y reciente desarrollando o aplicando agentes/subagentes IA en producción.

  • Conocimientos sólidos de arquitectura de aplicaciones, APIs, microservicios, CI/CD, testing y control de versiones.

  • Experiencia con Java/Spring, Node.js o Python y tecnologías frontend como React/Vue.

  • Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos y capacidad para trasladar estrategia a ejecución.

  • Valorable experiencia con MCP, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Claude Code u OpenAI Agents SDK.

  • Muy valorable experiencia en modernización de aplicaciones legacy.
