Acting as a trusted industry expert, you'll understand the challenges brokers face in an evolving market and demonstrate how our services can help improve commercial performance, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes.

Working within an established commercial framework, you'll have the freedom to use your initiative, tailor your approach, and uncover new opportunities to drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and commercial proposals.

  • Convert prospects into long-term strategic partners.

  • Monitor market trends and identify emerging opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

  • Achieve and exceed agreed new business targets.

About You

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or account acquisition.

  • Strong knowledge of the UK insurance broking market.

  • Excellent networking, relationship-building and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a home-based environment.

  • Commercially minded with a focus on delivering results.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build credibility and act as a trusted adviser to clients.

What's on Offer?

  • Competitive basic salary.

  • Home-based role with flexibility and autonomy.

  • Opportunity to influence business growth and strategy.

  • Supportive and collaborative working environment.

  • Career development opportunities within a growing organisation.

If you're passionate about building relationships, developing new business, and helping insurance brokers succeed, we'd love to hear from you.
