SMM Manager

We are looking for a proactive, data-driven, and creatively strong SMM Manager to lead and elevate our social media presence across key platforms and global regions. In this role, you will combine strategic thinking with flawless execution-tailoring content to cultural specifics, driving audience growth, and leveraging social media as a powerful acquisition and retention channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement end-to-end social media strategies aligned with target geos and platform best practices.

• Produce compelling copy, storytelling assets, and campaign ideas consistent with our brand voice.

• Grow and nurture engaged online communities across key platforms.

• Track performance metrics, analyze algorithm dynamics, and use data to continuously optimize content strategies.

• Manage production workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.

Hard Skills

• 2–4+ years of proven experience in SMM, Content, or Social Media roles.

• Demonstrated track record of scaling social channels and delivering measurable results.

• Deep understanding of social media algorithms, platform best practices, and trend dynamics.

• Excellent English copywriting and storytelling skills (additional languages are a plus).

• Balanced mindset combining creative content creation with performance analytics.

• Clear understanding of SMM as both an acquisition and retention channel.

Soft Skills

• Proactive with a strong sense of ownership and trend awareness.

• Fast learner who easily adapts to new tools and changing priorities.

• Strong critical thinking, analytical mindset, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
