About the Role
We're not looking for someone who just follows instructions. We're looking for someone who owns the farming process end-to-end-from account preparation to handoff to media buying and ongoing support and knows exactly why each step matters.
This is a role for a specialist who thinks in systems, makes decisions based on data, and can build a process from scratch, not just maintain an existing one.

What You'll Do
— Own the full account lifecycle: preparation, warm-up, testing, handoff to media buying, and ongoing monitoring
— Build and optimize farming infrastructure
— Analyze test results and make data-driven decisions-not just follow playbooks
— Identify factors affecting account stability and proactively address risks
— Build scalable farming processes that the team can replicate and grow
— Potentially lead a team of farmers and build out the farming function internally

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:
— Hands-on experience with Facebook account farming-real, practical, not theoretical
— Background in iGaming or traffic arbitrage-you understand the industry specifics
— Deep understanding of the full account cycle: from zero to media buying handoff
— Knowledge of infrastructure factors that impact
— Ability to analyze results and make independent decisions based on data
— Self-sufficient: you can build processes from scratch and take ownership of outcomes

Big plus:
— Experience managing a team of farmers
— Experience building farming workflows inside a structured team environment
