  • Excellent problem-solving and design-thinking skills.

  • At least 3+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience.

  • Proven track record in UI Builder projects.

  • ServiceNow certification (CAD, UI/UX specialization preferred).

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • English B2/C1

Project description:

We are in search of ServiceNow Developers who are passionate about creating innovative and bespoke solutions for our clients. We value individuals who wish to expand their product knowledge and collaborate with global stakeholders across different workflows of product. As a UI Builder Developer, you will focus on creating modern and user-friendly experiences within ServiceNow using the Now Experience Framework. You will design and implement dashboards, portals, and workspaces that improve user adoption and streamline business processes.

Main responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom UIs using ServiceNow UI Builder and Now Experience Components.

  • Create dashboards, portals, and tailored workspaces for business stakeholders.

  • Ensure performance, accessibility, and responsiveness of the developed UIs.

  • Collaborate with functional consultants, UX/UI designers, and backend developers.

  • Integrate UI components with CMDB, ITSM, and other ServiceNow modules.

  • Implement reusable components and enforce design consistency.

  • Provide technical documentation and best practices for UI development
