JUNIOR DEVELOPER - SERVICENOW

This is a remote position.

The Junior Developer will assist in building and configuring solutions on ServiceNow. The role focuses on enterprise development, supporting feature delivery, and contributing to system enhancements and bug fixes.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and configuring applications on ServiceNow.
  
• Support customization of workflows, forms, objects, and business logic.
  
• Write and maintain basic scripts and code (under supervision).
  
• Assist in building and testing features, enhancements, and defect fixes.
  
• Participate in requirement analysis and technical design discussions.
  
• Support integration activities between enterprise systems.
  
• Assist in debugging and resolving application issues.
  
• Contribute to documentation of technical solutions and configurations.
  
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint activities.
  
• Collaborate with QA, Business Analysts, and senior developers.
  

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience.
  
• Understanding of software development principles and SDLC.
  
• Interest in enterprise platforms like ServiceNow and Salesforce.
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
• Good communication and willingness to learn in a team environment.
  

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of JavaScript or similar programming languages
  
• Understanding of ServiceNow scripting and development
  
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts
  
• Version control: Git / GitHub / GitLab
  
• Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations
  
• Agile tools such as Jira
  
• Debugging and troubleshooting fundamentals
