Oracle EPM / Hyperion Consultant

Tech Stack:

Oracle EPM, Oracle Hyperion, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Planning & Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, Financial Reporting, Forecasting, Corporate Performance Management (CPM)

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion and/or Oracle EPM

• Experience in one or more areas:

  • Planning & Budgeting

  • Financial Consolidation

  • Financial Reporting

  • Enterprise Performance Management

  • Forecasting Corporate

  • Performance Management

• Strong understanding of finance and controlling processes

• Experience working with senior business stakeholders

• Ability to convert business requirements into solution designs

• Experience across full project lifecycle

• Fluent English

Nice to Have:

• Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow

• Oracle Cloud EPM

• Hyperion Planning

• Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)

• Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Architect or Team Lead experience Big Four / consulting background

Project Description:

We are looking for Oracle EPM and Hyperion specialists to join international finance transformation initiatives. The role may involve both hands-on configuration and architecture responsibilities depending on seniority.

Please note: This is a full-time freelance project engagement with an initial contract duration of 1 year.

Scope of Services:

• Implement and optimize Oracle EPM solutions

• Design corporate planning and budgeting processes Support forecasting, consolidation and reporting activities

• Work with finance leaders and business stakeholders

• Conduct workshops and requirements gathering sessions

• Design and improve EPM solution architecture

• Support enterprise-scale finance transformation programs
