Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering role.

  • Hands-on experience with OpenShift or another enterprise Kubernetes platform.

  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and GitOps practices.

  • Practical experience with Git-based workflows and source code management.

  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Stack, and Logstash.

  • Knowledge of infrastructure automation and DevOps best practices.

  • Experience with Linux administration and scripting (Bash, Python, or similar).

  • Understanding of networking, security principles, and application deployment processes.

  • Experience working with production environments and business-critical systems.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

  • Willingness to work shifts (7:00 AM–3:00 PM and 1:00 PM–9:00 PM).

  • Availability to participate in a paid Saturday on-call rotation approximately once every 1–1.5 months.

  • Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with enterprise-scale platforms serving a large number of users.

  • Knowledge of Oracle Database administration or performance tuning.

  • Experience with Secrets Management solutions, especially HashiCorp Vault.

  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code approaches and automation frameworks.

  • Experience in engineering, industrial, manufacturing, or enterprise software domains.

  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and hybrid infrastructure environments.

Project description:

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join an international team responsible for developing and maintaining a large-scale enterprise platform used by global organizations in the engineering and industrial sector.

The platform is a business-critical solution supporting over a thousand concurrent users worldwide. In this role, you will focus on infrastructure automation, Kubernetes administration, CI/CD modernization, observability, and platform reliability. You will have an opportunity to work with modern DevOps technologies while contributing to the evolution of a mature production environment within a long-term international project.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage, maintain, and optimize OpenShift/Kubernetes environments.

  • Develop and improve GitOps-based deployment processes using ArgoCD.

  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo, Bitbucket, and related tools.

  • Ensure platform reliability, performance, and high availability.

  • Implement and enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Stack, and Logstash.

  • Automate operational tasks and infrastructure management using scripting and DevOps best practices.

  • Support application deployments across multiple environments.

  • Manage secrets and security-related configurations using Vault and enterprise security standards.

  • Troubleshoot production issues and participate in incident resolution activities.

  • Collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to improve delivery processes and system stability.

  • Participate in shift work and scheduled on-call support rotations.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, observability, security, and operational excellence.
