Senior Fullstack Engineer (.NET + React)

Tech Stack:

• .NET Framework, .NET Core

• JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React

• SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, Azure SQL)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using .NET and React

• Build and enhance backend services, APIs, and web interfaces

• Design and optimize SQL queries and database solutions

• Take ownership of delivered solutions, from technical design through implementation and testing

• Contribute to technical decisions and continuous improvement of the product

• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code

• Collaborate with Product Owners, designers, and other engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions

• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience as a Software Engineer

• Strong knowledge of C# and the .NET platform (.NET Framework, .NET Core)

• Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React

• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, Azure SQL)

• Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud solutions

• Experience working in Scrum/Agile environments

• Knowledge of Git

• Good understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices

• Experience writing unit, integration, and automated tests

• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders

• English proficiency at a minimum B1/B2 level

• Polish proficiency at a minimum B2 level

Nice to have:

• Experience with desktop applications using WinForms and/or WPF

• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD processes

• Knowledge of TypeScript

• Experience with ERP, HR, or payroll systems

• Experience with REST APIs, third-party integrations, Entity Framework, SignalR, or microservices

• Experience using AI tools in day-to-day development workflows

Project Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join a team developing business applications that support HR processes for a leading provider of ERP and HR solutions in the Polish market. You will work across backend, frontend, and database layers, using .NET, React, and SQL to develop and evolve the product. Experience with desktop technologies such as WinForms or WPF will be an advantage due to parts of the existing solution using these technologies. You will collaborate with Product Owners, designers, and engineers, contribute to technical decisions, and help deliver solutions that address real business needs.
