Important Information

  • Location: Contagem-MG
  • Work Model: Flexible
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:15 PM
  • Employment Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Data & Analytics solutions across Databricks, SAP, Azure and Microsoft BI technologies.
  • Work with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Datasphere, SAC and BTP on data migration, rollout and transformation projects.
  • Own selected data products end to end: build them, enhance them and maintain them over time.
  • Drive business demand intake and ensure strong business alignment so the right priorities move forward.
  • Lead resource planning, financial planning and forecasting for the area, with a strong focus on budget and delivery discipline.
  • Steer external partners on resources, financials and execution quality.
  • Guide large initiatives from discovery to go-live, keeping project organization clear and effective.
  • Build prototypes and stay close to the technical work when needed.
  • Bring structure to tasks, dependencies and agile execution across multiple teams.
  • Support and grow the local Data & Analytics team, with the option to step into people leadership.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Several years of experience in Data Engineering, BI, Data Architecture or technical functional leadership.
  • Strong experience in enterprise SAP environments, especially SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Datasphere, SAC and BTP.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Databricks, Spark, Python, SQL and modern cloud data platforms.
  • Experience in data migration, integration and rollout projects.
  • Excellent English is a must-have.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
  • Availability for immediate start.
