We're looking for an Amazon Advertising Specialist to join a fast-growing international team supporting leading consumer brands across Amazon marketplaces. What You'll Do

As our Amazon Advertising Specialist, you'll play a key role in increasing product visibility, improving conversion performance, and driving commercial growth across Amazon.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns, including:

• Sponsored Products

• Sponsored Brands

• Sponsored Display

✅ Conduct keyword research, bid management, budget optimization, and performance analysis

✅ Monitor campaign results and implement data-driven improvements to maximize ROI

✅ Optimize Amazon product listings, including:

• Titles

• Bullet points

• Product descriptions

• Images

• A+ Content

✅ Identify content opportunities, listing issues, and conversion improvements

✅ Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and Amazon Storefront enhancements

✅ Deliver insightful reporting and actionable recommendations to stakeholders

✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve visibility, traffic, and sales performance

✅ Stay up to date with Amazon marketplace trends, policy changes, and best practices

Essential Experience

• 1+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Advertising campaigns

• Strong knowledge of Amazon PPC and campaign optimization

• Experience managing Amazon listings and product detail pages

• Familiarity with Vendor Central

• Understanding of key Amazon marketplace KPIs and performance metrics

• Experience working within eCommerce or digital retail environments

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Fluent English communication skills (C1 level)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Shopify and DTC eCommerce environments

• Knowledge of Asana, Figma, or similar collaboration tools

• Experience supporting wider marketplace or digital commerce initiatives
