Sourcer/Recruiter - (Aerospace)

Description:
Supports Aeronautics Company by managing strategic sourcing and the review of candidate applications for a range of Operations roles—including Production Operations, Quality, Global Supply Chain, and Sustainment. The focus is on efficiently screening a steady flow of applicants, qualifying candidates, and moving vetted profiles to hiring manager queues.

Key Responsibilities
•Sourcing & Talent Pool Maintenance
•Execute sourcing activities to keep a robust, diverse pool of applicants for Operations positions.
•Update and refresh talent pools regularly to ensure a ready pipeline of qualified candidates.

Candidate Screening & Qualification
•Review resumes, assessments, and interview notes for all applicants.
•Apply defined criteria to determine candidate suitability and create shortlists for each role.

Queue Management
•Maintain accurate, up to date candidate queues for each hiring manager.
•Track progress of candidates through the recruitment pipeline and produce regular status reports.
•Identify and flag any delays or gaps in the process for timely resolution.

Tools & Technology
•Utilize Eightfold and SAP to create robust pipelines

Additional Tasks
•Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall talent acquisition effort for Aeronautics.
