Full-time, Remote

Temporary Assignment: 3-6 months

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Recruiter for our Talent Acquisition team, you play a critical role in supporting our unique and growing business by bringing in rockstar talent!  You’ll work closely with Hiring Managers and candidates through the full lifecycle of the recruitment process ensuring all parties involved have a five-star experience.   

The ideal candidate has a combination of agency and in-house recruiting experience, is results oriented, a self-starter, and committed to following up with all candidates involved in the process.  You’ll report to the Talent Acquisition Manager as part of the People & Culture team and be provided a company-issued laptop for the duration of your employment. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business or related field preferred. 
  • 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience; both in-house and agency experience preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for both field and corporate positions in large multi-unit organizations in the entertainment, retail, restaurant, or fitness industries is highly preferred.
  • Experience using various tools to source both active and passive candidates is required; LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed sourcing experience ideal.
  • ATS experience required; Workday experience is a plus.
  • Customer service focused with the ability to effectively manage both candidate and hiring manager expectations.
  • Proactive with demonstrated ability to anticipate and problem-solve through excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills. 
  • Ability to perform efficiently within a high pressure, fast-paced environment. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under limited supervision. 
  • Ability to interact with and influence all levels of management. 
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and post job postings for various field and corporate positions to various job boards and social media outlets. 
  • Schedule intake calls with hiring managers, source and qualify candidate resumes, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage the entire candidate experience from prescreen to offer. 
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and ensure that candidates are assessed according to the appropriate criteria and values of our organization. 
  • Use online platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed and other social channels to build brand reputation and candidate pipelines. 
  • Develop a network of internal/external contacts to help source high potential talent. 
  • Help develop an “employer of choice” employer brand by committing to consistent follow up with hiring managers and candidates throughout the entire recruitment process. 
  • Assist with the coordination and attendance to any community or internal hiring events and career fairs. 
  • Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process, and organize and lead post-interview debrief sessions. 
  • Facilitate interviews and manage the pre-hire process as needed– job offer, background check, system entry, and transition to P&C Generalist for New Employee Orientation and onboarding. 
  • Assist with and complete additional P&C and Recruiting projects as assigned. 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • This position requires the ability to remain stationary at a desk for extended periods of time while working on a computer, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • This position requires the ability to effectively perceive speech and express ideas over the phone and via Teams, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Compensation is $36.06/hr based on qualifications and experience.  Full-time employees at Sky Zone enjoy a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage along with a 401k plan with company matching.  Eligibility for 401k is based on age and tenure requirements.
