Job Title: Pharmacist
Location: 100% Remote across USA
Estimated Length of Assignment: 11+ Months

Est. Pay Range (hourly): $51.00 - $57.00 hourly
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for reviewing and completing criteria based on prior authorization as per policy and procedure.
Experience:
2 years of previous pharmacy experience in PBM or Prior Authorization. Appropriate state license required. Basic computer skills required. Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills and detail orientated Pharmacist important for this position.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Pharm D. required with at least two years’ experience as a pharmacist. Must have an active license in good standing.
Schedule:
Mon-Fri, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (local time), plus occasional weekends. Training is Mon-Fri, 8
Logistical Requirements:
- Must have high-speed wired internet connection at home.
- Minimal home broadband connectivity speed of 25 Mb download and 3 MB upload speed. Speed for home internet can be confirmed by going to www.speedtest.net please provide Internet provider and download and upload speeds.
- Use of own Smartphones is required.
- Must have a sufficient/private work area that is used for business during their work hours.
- Current living accommodations are in a stable situation.
- Need to follow Teleworker Privacy Practices during work hours.
- Must take steps to ensure that the work area is secure and protects client property and confidential information from inadvertent or unauthorized access or theft including:
- Equipment and information are always secured from inadvertent and/or unauthorized access or theft.
- Workspace is dedicated to client’s business during working hours and is not accessible by others who may be present in the household; telephone conversations cannot be overheard, and documents/computer screens cannot be viewed by others.
- When not working, the computer is shut off. For short departures from the work area, the workstation must be locked, or the computer shut down.
